It had some very frightening side effects which others should know about before they buy it. 5-HTP converts to Serotonin and boosts Melatonin. It is supposed to elevate our mood and help with deep sleep. these are obviously of interest to many people and especially to gym goers who are looking to get as much restful sleep as possible to aid recovery.
